I had a wonderful facial at 1pm. The only thing is Tricia Roe {my sister} made appointments for both of us for my birthday and she booked me with Josie. When we got there and were called for our service, Josie was not the one to do my facial, she supposedly wasn't there that day. I feel my sister should have been notified in advance since she specifically booked my facial with Josie. The person that my sister asked just said OH JOSIE ISN'T HERE TODAY. I don't find this acceptable."
